About Chris

Leveraging his astute business sense, marketing skills, and hospitality background, Chris Meadors is a real estate advisor and Realtor focusing on serving clients in the Napa and Sonoma valleys, as well as a real estate investor and developer in middle Tennessee. Specializing in the marketing and sale of luxury vineyard estates, land and vineyard properties, family homes and investment properties, Chris is known for his responsiveness, solution-oriented mindset, and enthusiastic approach. He has been involved with over 200 transactions worth approximately $615M since he started in 2017. 

Committed to providing his clients with a superior standard of support and service, Chris listens carefully throughout the transaction process. Having spent 11 years with Marriott Hotels in convention sales, Chris is a customer service and communications expert who has received advanced training in sales and marketing.  A graduate of Boston University, where he earned a degree in Hospitality, he has excelled by adjusting his services to the needs, schedules, and timelines of his clients, providing useful research and open, honest communications.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys being outdoors, playing basketball, pickleball, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family. He lives in Napa Valley with his wife and son, Kelley and Elijah, and two Labradoodles, Ruby and Pearl.
