He is passionate about being a lifelong learner and an active student of marketing to consistently deliver the highest degree of awareness for his client's waterfront properties.
Chris began building
WashingtonWaterfronts.com in 2010 and has grown it into one of the most highly visited and trusted resources for waterfront real estate in the greater Puget Sound.

He believes waterfront specialists know the intricacies of the shorelines and bodies of water and can best advise clients using their vast experience to avoid the frustrating and often costly result of working with someone other than a waterfront specialist. Chris has appeared on HGTV and his research on the Washington State waterfront real estate market has been featured in The Puget Sound Business Journal, The Seattle Times, and other online publications. Prior to selling real estate, Chris managed the marketing for the Washington Coast's luxury vacation rental resort, Seabrook, and, after Seabrook, managed the marketing for Point Ruston, Tacoma's luxury waterfront destination. Chris and his wife, Alyssa, live in Tacoma, WA and enjoy spending their down time with their dogs at their riverfront cabin in Packwood, WA.
