Chris truly enjoys the real estate process – the search, the find, that perfect fit. He is particularly skilled at identifying properties of architectural interest - both historic and contemporary. He has bought, renovated, and sold several properties on the Outer Cape, Mid-Cape, and Boston – acting as both project designer and general contractor. In addition to a number of single family homes, Chris has re-developed two cottage colonies on the Outer Cape including Cottage Grove, a property he renovated, repositioned, then managed as a bed and breakfast - earning “Editor’s Pick” by Yankee Magazine it’s first year in business.
Chris’ true love is architecture, and he loves sharing this passion by helping clients find unique properties to fit their interests and compliment their style. His design and construction background is invaluable when considering potential changes or enhancements to a property. His creative, practical approach is also perfectly suited for listing your home for sale – through accurate and interesting descriptions, staging advice and assistance, and marketing.
Chris now lives in Truro. His picture-perfect day would include kayaking the bay or jogging the paths and beaches of the Outer Cape with his dog.
