About Chris
Chris Norton is a dynamic, top-producing broker with Compass. Founder of the Norton Group, he brings a unique perspective to the team, having worked in both finance and project management prior to his real estate career. Chris has extensive experience working with residential and commercial real estate clients, including buyers, sellers and investors. As part of a wide-ranging portfolio that includes real estate development projects, he has worked with numerous local businesses and new construction projects in neighborhoods like Logan Square, Avondale and beyond.

Chris is a committed and passionate adviser to his clients, who he confidently guides through every aspect of the home buying, selling or investing process. As a long-time Chicago resident and local entrepreneur, he takes pride in his knowledge of the varied nuances of Chicago neighborhoods. Chris currently applies his expertise primarily in the Chicago Area and Naples Florida.  He  represents several established developers, including his own projects working primarily  in Wicker Park, Avondale and Logan Square.  His extensive  experience in commercial real estate includes , retail, office, multi family, and warehouse sales and leasing . He is an active member of several community organizations including the Chicago Real Estate Professionals and  and contributes to a number of charitable organizations.
