We had very specific criteria for the house we wanted (no carpet, fenced yard, pets allowed, large open floor plan, located within a 10 mile radius of work and great neighborhood. We found our house on a Saturday and were moving in by the following Saturday. "Here is a simple story: My house was listed with a Remax Agent (for more than a year) who was very unprofessional and treated the property like 'if it sells, I get my commision and if it does not, who cares'. Not once did I hear a sale's speech. Chris had approached me after I decided to sell the property myself and I told him I was not interested given my previous experience with my Remax Agent. In spite of this, he followed up with finding out if I was making any progress, offerred tips and even helped with assisting with an 'open house' at no cost.
