About Chris
For twenty years I have worked at the highest levels of my profession. In that time I have represented and sold everything from penthouse apartments to artist lofts, homes designed by Pritzker Award-winning architects to hundred-acre estates in the Hudson Valley older than the US Constitution. This career I love has allowed me to develop strong, long-term relationships with a global clientele from the highest levels of art, entertainment, finance, and more. I’ve served as the guiding force for many complex multi-million dollar deals yet have also been lucky enough to help buyers find their first dream home.
While deeply valuing the personal connection to anyone I partner with, I am also highly adept at helping clients put together smart and strategic portfolios. In a fast-paced world that changes rapidly, I remain focused and alert, with a belief in evolution in all ways, with all things. I am thankful to have been recently selected by the Hollywood Reporter as a New York City Power Broker.
I am also dually licensed in California and have sold some of the most architecturally significant properties in Los Angeles and New York, including works of art by Frank Lloyd Wright and Richard Neutra (to name just two). I am a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), as well as the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. I also believe very strongly in giving back and serve on the Board of Directors for two incredible non-profits - Edible Schoolyard NYC and The New York City Aids Memorial, as well as the Board of my downtown condominium.
In addition to my extensive real estate career, I am also a meditation teacher, and have taught across the globe for over a decade (you could say I’m a fan of the best external and internal architecture). In my free time I can usually be found in a gallery or museum, café or coffee shop, and on daily walks looking up and looking around, so that I can always better understand the greatest city I have ever known, and the one that is my home.
