Chris Purull

Chris began his real estate career working for a private investment real estate company in Newport Beach, CA. He was responsible for market analysis, asset acquisition research and property management of single family homes. With the confidence and experience he gained in investment real estate, Chris joined his family in Phoenix and started his own residential real estate sales practice. Chris was blessed to partner with a group of investors and begin redeveloping single family homes in the Arcadia area, which has allowed him to be involved in the design/build process. Chris's real estate business is about personal and professional transaction service. And it's pretty simple: He's not happy until you are happy. Chris has the motivation, training, experience and established business relationships for nearly every residential real estate transaction need. This includes selling, buying, or building a home, finding the best financing or simply helping you find a painter, landscaper, or pool service. Chris will make your experience a positive and memorable one. Chris grew up in Wisconsin and enjoys working and spending his free time in the Arcadia area as it reminds him of home (without the snow). For fun Chris enjoys happy hour at one of the many great Arcadia restaurants, spending time on the golf course, or watching his beloved Green Bay Packers play.
