I'm a Seattle-area broker who approaches real estate like a data and marketing problem — because that's what it is.
Most agents put a home on the MLS and wait. I built my own real estate platform from the ground up, partnered with Homes.com, and developed a digital distribution approach that gets listings in front of qualified buyers on their phones — proactively, not passively. When you list with me, your home isn't just on the market. It's being marketed.
On the buy side, I use the same data-first approach to help clients make decisions they can feel confident about — understanding not just what a home is worth today, but what the neighborhood trajectory, school access, and resale dynamics look like over time.
I've been quoted as a Seattle real estate expert in Travel + Leisure, Newsweek, Nasdaq, Yahoo Finance, the Daily Mail, FinanceBuzz, GoBankingRates, and more. I take that platform seriously — I speak plainly about the market, even when the news isn't great.
My background includes years rehabbing homes, which gives me a trained eye for condition, value, and what improvements actually move the needle. I hold a Master's in Financial Real Estate from Georgetown and a B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins — which means I'm comfortable with both the numbers and the negotiation.
I work across Seattle, the Eastside, and resort communities like Suncadia. I also work with investors and landlords who want a broker who understands the financial side of a deal, not just the transaction.
I live in Issaquah with my wife Elly and our kids Lilly and Teddy.
