"I purchased a condo in Boston with Chris's assistance. He was knowledgeable about the market and showed me appropriate places in my price point. He handled the entire process with the upmost professionalism. He negotiates well and is readily available to discuss issues and concerns. I have no reservations about recommending him to any prospective buyer or seller. He is white glove service all the way. He attends to every detail with the highest level of focus." - Shelley
"After looking at over 50 properties, he confidently convinced my husband and I to see a property that didn't have parking - knowing fully that was a critical criteria. We stepped into the 51st property and fell in love with the condo. We knew immediately it was one. Chris clearly knew what we were looking for and gave us the time and patience to find it." - Judy
"Chris Roy sold 2 condos for my husband and found a terrific tenant for my rental property. He was at all times professional, punctual (really, it makes life easier!) and open to discussing our differing concerns.
Both sales and rental prices exceeded our expectations and Chris stays in touch with me, ready to offer assistance when my perfect tenant chooses to move on." - Carol
"Chris was great for us. This was our first house process, and we needed someone to walk us through a lot and hold our hand. I was most impressed with his responsiveness. He was fast to answer text messages and emails. He was patient with us, since we really had no idea where we wanted to buy when we started the process." - Brad
"Chris Helped my wife and I sell our South End Boston Apartment for a much higher price than we were expecting. The entire process was handled seamlessly, and he even negotiated a lease back while we looked for our new home.
He also found and handled the entire process of purchasing our new home in Belmont, MA. He responsibly cut in another agent to help with pricing, as he was not as familiar with Belmont as the South End.
The entire process was well handled, and we always felt Chris had our best interest in mind." - Peter
When asking Chris Roy what he attributes the successful start in his career too, he’s quick to note the environment that he grew up in. “I couldn’t imagine having such a productive start without my family’s love, support, and vision,” says Roy. His family worked together as large-scale power-plant developers, and constantly discussed the importance of negotiations and relationships in business.
“At a young age, I witnessed their keen understanding of how business and strategy needs to be blended with integrity and relationships beyond the deal,” says Roy. “Family discussions of negotiations, relationships, business practices, contracts, and business strategies were, and still remain, a part of my life and are discussed on a regular basis.” For Roy, finding professions in which he could apply everything he had learned was a priority. His skillset and his family background mesh exceptionally well with his industry, and beyond that, residential real estate offers Roy the opportunity to work on multiple types of deals with different ranges of complexity and collaborate with a wide range of individuals and groups with different personalities, levels of experience, and goals.
“There is, of course, problem solving in every deal, but it’s in the more complex real estate deals that I feel I offer the most value and am able to use all I’ve learned,” says Roy. His closeness with his family gives him a tremendous support system from a business perspective, and he consults with them on a regular basis. “When I work with someone, they are not only getting me, but everyone in my support system as well,” says Roy. These factors have given him and his clients a distinct advantage within the industry.
He is proud to say he has successfully sold every home that he has been entrusted to represent.
