Chris Saiz is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor who specializes in Bay Area multi-family assets. With 10+ years of experience and hundreds of millions of dollars in successfully closed transactions, Chris helps clients optimize their portfolios and successfully execute upon their real estate investment goals and objectives.
With a background in real estate investing, investment sales, financial analysis, engineering and project management, Chris is able to assist clients in analyzing and assessing opportunities from various perspectives. Prior to leading The Saiz Group at Compass Commercial, Chris was recognized with the Outstanding Rookie Award in his first year in multi-family investment advisory. He has also been recognized with Sales Achievement Awards in 2019 and 2021.
