Chris has been involved in residential real estate sales and development for over 26 years. He specializes in the luxury downtown San Diego condominium market as well as North to South coastal communities.

He understands the importance of having a quality sales team to represent a builder or project and selling the brand and quality of the seller’s product.

He is passionate about the sales side as well as developing custom modern homes.  He loves the design aspect of modern architecture for the prospective buyers in todays changing market.
