About Chris

I’m a San Diego local with deep roots in North County and a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and hard work. Originally from Bonita, California, I’m a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and went on to serve ten years as a military pilot. During my Air Force career, I flew worldwide missions, transported senior leaders and generals, and served as an instructor and evaluator pilot.  Roles that demanded precision, calm decision-making, and absolute trust.

After my military service, I spent 19 years flying for a major U.S. Airline, including nine years as a Captain. Aviation taught me how to lead, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure.  In real estate, these skills translate directly to guiding clients through one of the most important personal and financial decisions of their lives. My background in economics gives me a strong appreciation for the financial side of real estate, and I firmly believe that a home is not only where life happens, but often a family’s most meaningful long-term investment. Our own home, purchased in 2010, has been our family's most loved and best performing investment, by far.

My wife and I have lived in Carlsbad since 2007, where we’re raising our two daughters. Both of our children were born here, and this community is truly home. I love being highly involved in our girls’ lives by volunteering at school, coaching soccer and flag football, and serving as the Chief of our YMCA Adventure Princess tribe. San Diego’s neighborhoods, schools, outdoor lifestyle, and sense of community are things I know and love personally, and I’m passionate about helping others find a home where their families can thrive.

In 2023, I faced a cancer diagnosis that ultimately led me to pivot into real estate for health and family reasons. That experience reinforced what matters most to me: honesty, relationships, and helping others move forward with confidence. I’m known for being trustworthy, approachable, and genuinely invested in my clients’ goals. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading for a growing family, or making a strategic investment, I would be honored to guide you with care, transparency, and a steady hand.

Always with your best interests at heart.
