About Chris
Chris has called Nashville home for more than 40 years—living,
working, and raising a family here. Before putting down roots in Music
City, he spent nearly 13 years of his childhood living and attending
school abroad. Those years in Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan,
England, and Brazil gave him a firsthand understanding of different
cultures and the very real challenges of relocating every couple of
years. That experience shapes how he works with clients today,
especially those moving to Nashville for the first time.
After earning his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University
and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Chris built a 35+ year career
in healthcare management, much of it with young, entrepreneurial
companies. When he decided it was time for a new chapter, real
estate was a natural fit. He brings the same strategic thinking,
operational discipline, and collaborative approach that defined his
healthcare career to every client relationship.
Chris believes no two clients—or transactions—are alike. Just as
every market, every doctor group, and every hospital required a
customized plan in healthcare, every buyer and seller deserves a
highly personalized approach. He is organized, analytical, and an
active listener who takes the time to understand what success looks
like for each person. His goal is simple: provide clear communication,
honest guidance, and solid market insight so clients can make
confident decisions—whether they’re purchasing a primary residence,
exploring investment opportunities, or navigating a move into (or
within) the Nashville area. Chris works alongside you as a trusted
partner. He is committed to helping you not only find the right
property, but also settle into the lifestyle and neighborhoods that
make Nashville special.
Away from work, Chris enjoys time with his family, the occasional
round of (admittedly mediocre) golf, and discovering the new
restaurants and events that seem to appear in Nashville every month.
He still speaks Portuguese reasonably well and is slowly adding basic spanish to the mix.
