Christian Grusq
Christian Grusq brings more than 35 years of international real estate experience to the California market and currently serves as First Vice President (2026) of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors (G.L.A.R.), where he is also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and chairs the working group on sustainable development.
Based in Los Angeles since 2015, Christian advises a discerning global clientele on high-value residential and investment opportunities across Los Angeles and the Coachella Valley, combining strategic insight, rigorous market analysis, and a highly personalized, hands-on approach.
Prior to California, he spent 25 years leading a highly respected real estate firm in Paris, including a decade of successful real estate ventures in Miami. This rare transatlantic career gives him an intuitive command of both European and U.S. markets, allowing him to seamlessly connect international capital with Southern California opportunities.
A longtime member of Compass Beverly Hills, Christian serves as a trusted advisor to French, European, Californian, and other francophone clients, navigating cultural, financial, and market nuances with clarity and discretion.
At the state and national levels, he is President of the Global Real Estate Forum for the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) and a Director of the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), contributing to policy discussions on land use, planning, and environmental issues.
Beyond real estate, Christian is the founding President of the American Institute for Levinassian Studies (AILS) and remains active in diplomacy and sustainable development initiatives, particularly in Mediterranean coastal regionsāmarkets that closely parallel Southern California.
