As the longtime head of a respected real estate agency in Paris, Christian Grusq has extended his expertise to the Los Angeles property market.


He currently serves as the 2025 Treasurer-Elect of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors (G.L.A.R.), and is a member of both its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He also chairs the G.L.A.R. Sustainable Working Group.

At the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), he is Vice-Chair of the Global Real Estate Forum and a member of the Board of Directors. He also holds a directorship at the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.).


Mr. Grusq is the founding President of the American Institute for Levinassian Studies (AILS), established in 2016, which hosts public lectures in philosophy.


He enjoys a distinguished international profile across various fields, notably real estate and diplomacy. He currently serves as the French Chairman for Diplomacy and Sustainable Development, with a particular focus on the Mediterranean coastal region—an area with notable parallels to the Southern California market. He draws on his extensive experience and global network to deliver exceptional results for his clients.


Based in the United States since 2015 at Compass Beverly Hills, Mr. Grusq remains in daily contact with his French buyers and investors, as well as clients across France, French-speaking countries, and Los Angeles—creating a strong bridge between European and Californian property markets.
