Christian Grusq
Based in Los Angeles since 2015, Christian Grusq brings more than thirty-five years of experience in international real estate. Prior to relocating to California, he spent twenty-five years running his own highly regarded real estate firm in Paris, following a decade of real estate operations in Miami. This career path naturally allowed him to extend his expertise to the Los Angeles and Coachella Valley markets.
Today, he advises an international clientele—including French, Californian, and other French-speaking clients—on real estate acquisitions and investment decisions throughout California. His approach is grounded in rigorous analysis, transparent communication, and strong intuition, enabling him to connect the right buyers with the right properties and the most relevant investment opportunities.
Since 2015, as part of Compass Beverly Hills, Christian Grusq has maintained close, day-to-day relationships with French and European buyers and investors, as well as with his local Los Angeles clientele. In doing so, he serves as a strong and enduring bridge between European and Californian real estate markets.
Deeply involved in professional organizations, he currently serves as 2026 First Vice President of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors (G.L.A.R.), where he is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. He chairs the working group dedicated to sustainable development in real estate.
At both the state and national levels, he is President of the Global Real Estate Forum of the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) and a member of its Board of Directors. He also serves as a Director of the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), where he sits on the committee overseeing land use, planning, and environmental issues.
Christian Grusq is also the US West Coast Ambassador for the Syndicat National des Professionnels de l’Immobilier (S.N.P.I.), the leading organization representing real estate professionals in France.
In parallel with his real estate career, he is the founding President of the American Institute for Levinassian Studies (AILS), established in 2016, which regularly organizes public conferences dedicated to philosophy.
Internationally recognized, Christian Grusq is also active in the fields of diplomacy and sustainable development. He currently serves as President of Diplomacy and Sustainable Development, an organization focused in particular on Mediterranean coastal regions—areas that share strong similarities with Southern California. He leverages his experience and global network to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
