Christian Lipp

Christian got his start in real estate working his father's appraisal business over 15 years ago, where he learned the art of quantitative valuation by working on projects that included everything from forensic value review to facilitating jumbo loans, from Manhattan to the Hamptons.

This background, based in analytic evaluation, has given Christian a uniquely wide basis of knowledge which has allowed him to successfully work not with individual buyers and sellers, but multiple institutional investors, banks, developers, and funds as well. Preparation, analysis, and discretion are key components of Christian’s approach, and his continually growing clientele is a testament to his methodology.

Christian comes over with the Strough Associates Team, where he was working with Scott Strough, one of the preeminent retail and development brokers in the Hamptons. Scott has helped to hone and further his ability to negotiate this distinctly remarkable locale. Christian has an ongoing roster of projects that include retail sales, multi subdivisions, spec building, and everything in between.
