Christian Schaefers brings more than a decade of real estate experience to The Premtaj Team with over $100 million in closed sales across the New York City and New Jersey markets. Known for his strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach, Christian serves buyers and sellers with clarity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of todayā€™s competitive market, with a specialty in off-market sales and creative financing strategies.

In addition to residential transactions, Christian has developed extensive expertise in commercial sales and leasing, working across multifamily, office, and industrial assets. An avid real estate investor himself, he brings an ownerā€™s perspective to every transaction, allowing him to evaluate income-producing properties, structure complex deals, and align real estate strategy with long-term financial goals for investors, business owners, and developers.

Before real estate, Christian built a successful career as an advertising executive, working with some of the worldā€™s most recognized brands. This background gives him a strong advantage in property positioning, marketing strategy, and buyer engagement, ensuring every listing is presented thoughtfully and effectively to the right audience.

Christian has developed trusted working relationships with real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors, providing his clients with access to a reliable network of industry professionals that supports a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish.

A former Division I lacrosse player at Manhattan University, Christian brings discipline, teamwork, and leadership to every aspect of his work. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring young athletes, reflecting his belief in preparation, communication, and long-term growth. Outside of real estate, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife and children and values the strong sense of community that defines both his personal and professional life.
