Christiana Paris

Christiana Paris is a South Florida–based real estate advisor with over a decade of experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and the surrounding coastal communities. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, she brings deep local knowledge and a long-term, value-driven perspective to every transaction.

Christiana began her career working with South Florida’s premier homebuilders, including DiVosta / Pulte Group and GL Homes, gaining firsthand experience in new construction, master-planned communities, and residential development. That foundation continues to inform how she advises clients today—helping sellers position their homes effectively and guiding buyers toward properties and neighborhoods with strong long-term fundamentals.

In 2023, Christiana co-founded New Era Development with her husband, a multi-trade contracting firm supporting South Florida’s continued growth through construction and development services, including select residential projects. This work keeps her closely connected to her roots in construction, while staying attuned to evolving communities and future investment opportunities across South Florida.
