About Christie
Originally from the mountains of northern Vermont, Christie Boskus developed an early appreciation for the water while working at a marina on Lake Memphremagog. That connection to the shoreline eventually led her to Cape Cod in 2001, where she traded the lake life for the tides of Brewster and launched a successful career in education.
After years in the classroom, Christie is now channeling her professional background into real estate. The transition is a natural one; the same listening skills, adaptability, and creative problem-solving she used as a teacher are now the pillars of her client service. She understands that buying or selling a home is an educational journey, and she prides herself on guiding her clients through every nuance of the process with patience and clarity.
Christie’s life on the Cape is defined by the local rhythms she loves most—whether it’s shellfishing, gardening, or swimming in the area's iconic kettle ponds. With a husband who is a retired local educator and a son working as a commercial fisherman, her roots in the community run deep. This personal history has given her an insider’s perspective on the unique character of the Lower Cape, with a specialized focus on the markets of Brewster, Orleans, and Chatham.
Warm, diligent, and deeply knowledgeable, Christie is eager to help others plant their own roots in the place she has called home for over two decades. Whether you are looking for a seasonal retreat or a permanent change of scenery, Christie is ready to help you navigate your next Cape Cod adventure.
