Christie Dille is a real estate broker and investment advisor based in Truckee, California, with over 20 years of experience helping buyers and sellers succeed in mountain, resort, and lifestyle-driven markets. Licensed in California, Nevada, and Hawaii, she specializes in short-term rental properties, second homes, and income-producing investments throughout the Tahoe-Truckee region.

Christie’s approach is shaped by more than a decade with Vacasa, where she consistently ranked as a top sales executive and later served as Principal Broker for Vacasa Hawaii, overseeing brokerage operations across five islands. Her deep understanding of short-term rental performance, regulations, and ROI helps clients evaluate properties for both how they live — and how they earn.
