Christina Gray was such a pleasure to work with and I can only say wonderful things about her. She was always very professional, knowledgeable and was able help us buy our first home within a couple of months. Christina worked everyday to find us a house even when she was out of town. She always put us first and checked in daily with us. She recommended looking into a different lender, who was the huge defining reason why we were able to get our home. Even though my mind was set on one house at a time, she suggested to check out other homes in person as they may appear differently in photos. She was right and am so glad she said what she said. When handing us our new keys, she surprised us with 'Congratulations' balloons attached. She made housewarming gift boxes for each of my kids and a very thoughtful, personalized gift box to myself and husband. After we settled into our new home, she gifted us a free family photoshoot. They were so beautiful and really captured our true personalities. Working with Christina was the best decision we made in our house buying experience. My family and I consider Christina a life long friend." - Rachele & Steve G

"Christina is all about quality and speed!

In just a few hours of contacting her about listing my property, she had a full report of comps, a recommended listing price, and a likely sale price she though I could get.  The comps were spot on and carefully balanced property condition, location, sqft, and many other factors.  She thought of everything right from the start.

Bottom line is that she researched, predicted, and the sale closed exactly in the middle of the range she predicted for sale price.

Aside from speed and quality, one of the thinks I like the most about Christina is that she doesn't hesitate to do whatever it takes to get the deal done.  She'll pull in experts as needed to given the sale the best opportunity to close, even if it costs her money.

Thanks, Christina, for all that you have done!" -Alex B
