About Christina

Christina Underwood is a native Austinite with deep roots in the community and an expert understanding of the cityā€™s evolving landscape. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, she built a 27-year career in hospitality across New York City, Washington, D.C., and Austin, including over five years with the Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau promoting Austin as a premier destination.

More than a decade ago, Christina joined her husband, Michael Underwood, to co-lead The Underwood Team at Compass. Known for strategic pricing, data-driven marketing, and strong negotiation, she helps clients navigate the Austin market with clarity and confidence.

Deeply connected to Steiner Ranch, Christina is passionate about helping clients find not just a home, but the right lifestyle. Her business is built on trust, attention to detail, and transparent communication.

Outside of real estate, she is a devoted mom of two and active in her community, serving with Young Menā€™s Service League and supporting the Vandegrift High School basketball program.
