About Christina
Christina Visca is a senior global real estate advisor who has been selling and leasing property in New York City for over 25 years. Her refined aesthetic and vision come from her passion for music, fashion, art, and culture, which transcends into everything she does. She believes that in today's complex marketplace the services of a skilled and seasoned broker are more valuable than ever.

Christina has a single commitment to guiding her clients, whether purchasers or sellers, in making one of life's most important decisions with absolute confidence while enjoying it every step of the way. She keeps it simple: listen, understand and build trust.

Known for her innate discretion, unparalleled ethical standards, market knowledge, and personal touch, Christina continually wins the gratitude, respect, and loyalty of her discerning buyers and sellers who seek the highest level of service. And no matter what price point, Christina provides personal and detailed attention to every property and buyer.

For all her years in real estate, Christina is proud to be the broker specialist in the renowned Police Building at 240 Centre Street in downtown Manhattan.

A warm, funny and trusting person, Christina forms lasting relationships with most of her clients and her enthusiastic repeat business is a true testament to her success.

Her diverse and impressive clientele is a result of her intriguing background. She was immersed in the fashion, art and music scene of downtown Manhattan in the 80s. A graduate of FIT, Christina began her fashion career at the prestigious Bergdorf Goodman where she became the store’s youngest manager. Christina also ran two interior design showrooms honing her keen eye for interior design. She simultaneously excelled in the nightclub business, holding the coveted position of guarding the velvet ropes for some of New York City’s most famous and prestigious nightclubs. One of her proudest accomplishments was creating and owning one of New York City’s most legendary dance clubs, the original Sound factory of West 27th street in Manhattan. She still enjoys throwing a great party, any which benefit her favorite AIDs charities and various dog rescues. She currently produces a weekly Sunday event at The Standard High Line called Birdcage/

Christina is a true New Yorker who has lived in Manhattan for nearly 40 years. She loves to travel, is a huge music aficionado, spin class devotee, restaurant buff, interior design follower and a New York sports fan. Most of all, she is an animal lover who volunteers at Bide-A-Wee Animal Shelter and cherishes her time spent with her senior rescue dog, Gordon.

Christina is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.
