"My wife and I met Christina based on the recommendation of a friend who is a realtor (but who no longer lives in NJ). The meeting was to determine market value of our home if we decided to put it on the market. Christina came prepared and told us what we could expect. No hard sell and no contract in hand, just good advise. We made the decision to sell right after deciding to move to South Carolina in early May.
