Christine is a member of The Christina Group, founded by her mother, Christina Terranova, who has
been a lifelong mentor to Christine and her sister, Katelyn. With Christina’s extensive experience in
real estate, she has instilled in her daughters the knowledge, professionalism, and best practices that
have helped shape the team’s approach to serving clients. Together, the three bring complementary
strengths, experience, and perspective to every transaction—creating a collaborative approach where
clients truly benefit from the expertise of the entire team.

A lifelong resident of MetroWest Massachusetts, Christine brings an intimate understanding of the
local communities and real estate market. Her passion for real estate began early, growing up in a
family that owned and managed multifamily properties. From assisting with apartment renovations
to experiencing tenant relations firsthand, Christine gained valuable insight into the responsibilities
and rewards of property ownership while developing a strong work ethic and appreciation for the real
estate industry. Christine holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership
(MSOL), complementing her real estate experience with a strong foundation in business and
leadership. Outside of real estate, Christine enjoys an active lifestyle, including scuba diving,
intramural soccer, and water skiing. She also values spending time with her family and friends.
