Christine Blackburn

An experienced landlord and investor, Christine also owns and manages a number of multi-family and mixed-use properties in North Brooklyn. Her experience owning, building, and renovating properties allows her to bring a keen, discerning eye on her projects. Upon moving to NYC, Christine was an early pioneer in Williamsburg, residing and investing in the neighborhood since 2000. Since then, she has spent 13 years in the neighborhood, and sold more than 500 properties in WIlliamsburg and Greenpoint alone, including land sales, warehouse conversions, condos, and new developments. Branching into other markets, Christine has also sold numerous properties in the Lower East Side, East Village, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights and the surrounding areas.

Christine currently lives with her husband Rafael and their two young children in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
