"Christine had first contacted us via a letter stating that she had some buyer clients who were looking for a single story home specific to her client’s physical needs based on them being in their retirement years. After contacting Christine and establishing she was legitimately going the extra mile for her clients because they had been on a long search and had not been able to find a home on the market to meet their needs, we started a dialog as we recently had become interested about the potential of selling our home, albeit as a for sale by owner. Christine was always pleasant, courteous, and very responsive.
