Christine Gambino

From the restaurants, music venues and museums of Manhattan to the beaches of Breezy Point, Christine is a native New Yorker with a love of all things NYC. A seasoned business professional with a foundation based on integrity and a passion for helping others, she has a long history of client management, a knack for problem solving and a gift for forging and maintaining outstanding, long term relationships. A degree in Psychology from Fordham University and extensive experience in corporate America, provide her with an edge when it comes to navigating complex issues, the ability to listen and understand underlying motivations, and negotiating positions based on those motivations. She is an experienced team leader, who excels at thinking outside the box to “get it done” in the most effective manner possible.

Throughout her career, Christine has prided herself on exceeding expected goals and, as a result, continued to achieve positions of ever-increasing levels of responsibility in areas such as Product Development, Product Management, Sales, Service and Contract Negotiations. Christine has worked side by side with attorneys, clients, peers and customers to maximize results in each discipline.

After many years in telecommunications management, Christine took her expertise in complex contract negotiations and client care to the world of Real Estate where her ability to listen and cut through red tape to achieve the best possible deal for her clients is her mantra. A graduate of Fordham University, cum laude, Christine continues to apply that same level of dedication to excellence to every aspect of her professional life.
