In addition to her extensive experience in residential sales, Molly is well versed in land sales suitable for individual homeowner construction or development. She is pivotal in establishing many partnerships with various Southern California builder clients. Such partnerships require vetting purchase opportunities, reviewing designs, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, and managing sales and transactions.

Growing up in the Midwest, Molly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Loyola University and started her professional sales and marketing career in real estate sales in Chicago, IL. She has lived in San Diego for the past 27 years and currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe with her husband, David. Although they are empty nesters, The Santistevans spend quite a bit of time with their four adult children. Living an active lifestyle, Molly enjoys hiking the many beautiful trails in San Diego County, skiing, horseback riding and playing tennis in her free time.

Committed to giving back to her community, Molly is an active volunteer. She was a Girl Scout Troop leader for 11 years, supports the various Compass philanthropies, fosters animals in need from the Helen Woodward Animal Center, volunteers her time for Casa De Amparo and supports the East County Transitional Living Center. ​
