Christine Love became interested in real estate while studying at Zhongshan University abroad. In the late 1990s, Guangzhou, China, was undergoing upheaval. You would see awe-inspiring, contemporary high-rises that incorporated local businesspeople and expats. Between these new developments would be little, decaying shacks with damp laundry strung on lines. This stark economic contrast was typical of the city as a whole. A community's scenery and way of life are shaped by real estate, and it felt fascinating to be a part of it. Christine later met an Atlanta investor who flipped distressed homes (mainly short sales). She served as his Operations Manager in 2005, focusing on short sale deals and assisting households in avoiding foreclosure. In 2010, Christine obtained a Georgia real estate sales license.
Not long after obtaining her license, Christine was recruited by a real estate and litigation law firm to work as a Short Sale Facilitator in their short sale division. Pre-foreclosures remained popular and robust for an additional two years. She transferred to the residential closing department in 2012.
After five years as a real estate paralegal, Christine began working on the commercial side of the industry for a company that specialized in preserving the historic parts of Atlanta by refurbishing abandoned warehouses.
Christine joined a new real estate agency in 2016 to focus on residential sales. RealtorsĀ® had to adapt to a seller's market during this period. Buyers had to be aggressive and employ techniques to win offers. In 2018, Christine received the Top Producer title from her brokerage with 46 homes sold. 2019 resulted in total sales of $17.4 million and 58 units. After assuming several roles in the industry, residential sales indeed became her specialty. In 2021, Closed With Love Team was born.

Christine and her husband, Kevin, two children (Tree and Willow), and two doodles (Sam and Earl) reside in East Cobb County. You can find the family exploring Georgia lakes or supporting other locally owned businesses.
