Christine was first fascinated by real estate while studying abroad at Zhongshan University. It was the late 1990s in Guangzhou, China, and the city was transitioning. You’d see admirable new modern high rises that integrated local businessmen and expats. In between those new developments would be small, dilapidated shacks with clothes lines filled with wet laundry. This drastic economic contrast was a pattern throughout the city. Real estate molds the landscape and lifestyle of a community, and that seemed exciting to one day be a part of. Years later, Christine met an Atlanta investor who flipped distressed homes (mainly short sales). In 2005, she worked as his Operations Manager, focused on facilitating short sale transactions and helping hundreds of families find a way out of foreclosure. In 2010, Christine became licensed to sell real estate in Georgia.
Shortly after being licensed, a real estate and litigation law firm recruited Christine to work as a Short Sale Facilitator in their short sale division. Pre-foreclosures were popular and strong for another two years. In 2012, she moved to the residential closing department.
After five years as a real estate paralegal, Christine began working in the commercial side of the business with a firm that specialized in taking old warehouses and renovating the space just enough to preserve the historic elements of Atlanta.
In 2016, Christine joined a different brokerage to be immersed in residential sales. During this time, Realtors® had to adjust to a seller’s market. Buyers had to be competitive and use strategies to win multiple offers. With help from the broker’s heavy marketing, her 2017 sales totaled $4.4 million in volume with 29 units sold. In 2018, Christine earned her brokerage's Top Producer award with over $10.5 million in sales volume and 46 units sold. In 2019, Christine's total sales reached $17.4 million and 58 units sold. After wearing different hats in the industry, residential sales certainly became her niche.

Christine resides in East Cobb County with her husband, two young children, and rambunctious Goldendoodle. When she is not selling or training real estate, you may find her hiking the Georgia trails with her family or supporting other locally owned businesses.
