Much of my life has been spent in Arvada, CO, nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountain foothills on the west side of Denver. As many of my peers moved away for school, work and life, my path kept me home as I knew serving others was my calling. Real estate was a perfect fit as I could do exactly that, help shape our community and share my pride as more people call Colorado home. My passion to be a REALTOR is the same today as it was over 30 years ago.

The early years of my career were spent as a member of real estate teams, as a licensed assistant, and in the title insurance industry where I learned the behind scenes details needed to be a top REALTOR. All of this helped shape my vision of delivering exceptional service, while navigating clients through contracts, inspections, appraisals, and closings with the goal of owning or selling their own slice of Colorado heaven.

I take an approach of listening to clients first to get a clear idea of their dreams and goals, and the “why” behind them. Together, we create a game plan based on budgets-, timing-, short- and long-term goals and all the moving parts that come with buying and selling a home. No two transactions are the same, and you need someone with experience and a history of getting things done to have success, while hopefully having a little fun at the same time.

Like many of my clients I find time to volunteer in our community, including as a Director for the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS. This is just one of the advantages I create for clients in one of the nation’s most competitive markets in the nation. I appreciate the balance of technology and personal touch, and while texting and emailing can be quick and easy, I prefer a call to ensure no tone or context is lost in translation. I may not be as “techy” as some others, but I will always find a way to do what is best for you and create clarity through the process.

As a proud wife, mother, friend, and REALTOR living in Arvada, I feel I can see what others may not be able to see. I listen in ways that others may not, and I use 30+ years of relationships and lessons to create an edge for those I represent. My process is all about you and puts you in the driver’s seat to make the most educated decisions you can.
