Tina Patterson has been a Realtor/Luxury Home Specialist in Boca Raton since 1998. Tina, originally from Ohio, graduated from Youngstown State University in 1985, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Tina enjoys attending live music events, playing her acoustic guitar, and emphasizes her commitment to fitness and active living, often seen at the Health & Wellness Centers at Alina Residences.
Before moving to Florida and beginning her career in Real Estate, Tina built foundational experience in sales & marketing, most notably as a sales representative for Gerber Baby Foods, serving the D.C. Metro and Maryland regions. Tina is nearing her 3rd decade in service to the Boca Raton community, with her most noteworthy successes found dotting the East Boca and Downtown landscapes. Today, Tina’s career has elevated towards the ultra-luxe and new construction markets, where she is excited to continue building upon her successes.
One of the greatest joys of her career has been to showcase and work with buyers and sellers in beautiful Alina Residences, where she has been currently residing since its grand opening in 2021. She is proud to live and work in Alina alongside her future husband and Champagne & Parisi co-founder, Claude Champagne.
