"Christine is extremely professional and attentive. She is also extremely knowledgable as to the local market and economy and will also price your property to sell. She also has a team of design professionals who can help you with staging your property to best represent your listing to the market. We began working with Christine a solid 2 years before she listed our property for sale. She suggested modest upgrades to our master bathroom replacing dated sinks and shower stall. we painted all of the first floor and followed her design teams instructions painting the stairway banister black. She suggested we take out various pieces of furniture to maximize the floor space and flow. She took photographs of our property the previous summer when our plantings were most lush so that we could list in February with those photos in the bank. When we did list our property was on the market for less than a week. We went live on Tuesday and had multiple viewings in that week and one open house on the Sunday. At the end of that day we had multiple competing offers which drove the swelling price up.
