MEET CHRISTINE REALTOR®

Real estate know-how is something that is learned over a lifetime. For Christine Kennedy, that journey started at a very young age. As the daughter of the locally renowned real estate maven Pam Kennedy, Chris grew up steeped in the industry and was the only 4th grader who knew the meaning of a "contingency." Today she proudly works alongside her mother in a highly productive and supportive real estate partnership.

Chris’ passion for the industry comes from her love of working with clients and the ways that real estate changes lives. She also brings experience from a decade of education to the table. Chris graduated from the University Of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a BS in Geography and then taught middle school science for 9 years before getting her real estate license in 2006. Today, she is an acclaimed real estate agent who maintains the prestigious GRI andCRS designations through constant dedication and continued learning.

Chris adores the process of helping clients through this milestone of buying or selling a home. Clients appreciate that she is communicative, driven, organized, and patient. She always provides all the information and resources that they need to make decisions but never pressure them to decide one way or the other. She genuinely cares about each client's experience and takes the time to help them manage expectations and process the emotions related to home ownership. Real estate is very dynamic, and she is prepared to handle its many ups and downs while making sure clients have a positive and successful experience.

When Chris is not helping clients find their dream homes, you will likely find her learning about other cultures, trying new foods, and rooting on theAngels. She is a voracious traveler and enjoys meeting new people on her adventures. Spending time with loved ones, cooking, and relaxing at the dog beach with Poppy, her standard poodle, are her favorite pastimes.
