"Chris was the perfect REALTORĀ® for what we needed. We were looking for someone who could hustle to preview new listings for us, and do a preliminary read-through of all the inspection documents. That allowed us to avoid wasting time on houses that weren't a good fit, and spend more time looking at only high quality properties.
