"Mike and I are still in disbelief at how much you exceeded our expectations. Thank you. Words can’t adequately express our appreciation. We are more than happy to refer you in the future or serve as happy client testimonials." - Marcy
I grew up in Brooklyn — block parties, family-run bakeries, a skyline that kept changing while the neighborhoods held their character. Change was the constant. Learning to move through it with some grace — that turned out to be the real education.
Real estate, for me, has always been about more than transactions. Every purchase and every sale sits at the center of something shifting in a person's life — a growing family, a new chapter, a long-held dream finally becoming real, or something being let go.
I've spent nearly two decades paying attention to that — the emotional weight of it, and the practical complexity underneath. My job is to hold both at once, and help my clients move through the process with clarity and confidence.
I work across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and what I love is the range — the stories, the neighborhoods, the people. My team at Compass is built around a shared belief: that thoughtful guidance matters as much as market knowledge, and that the relationship doesn't end at the closing table. We bring deep local expertise and sharp negotiation, but what we're really doing is helping people navigate one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives.
My Brooklyn roots give me a real feel for how neighborhoods breathe and evolve — what's happening now and what's coming. That perspective shapes how I advise clients, whether they're buying their first place or their fifth, selling a home they've outgrown or one they've
loved for decades.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father who still finds ways to be surprised by this city — museums, hidden restaurants, live music, a good photograph.
That curiosity stays with me at work too. Every client's situation is unique, and I take that seriously.
Finding a home in New York isn't just a real estate decision. It's a threshold moment. I've built my practice around the belief that people deserve a guide who understands that — not just the market, but the meaning of the move.
