"I cannot speak highly enough for the level of effort and professionalism that Christy provided during the process of selling my home. As you know there are so many moving parts and challenges to getting a house ready to be put on the market. Christy was there for me every step of the way helping provide guidance and resources to ensure my house was in the best possible condition to sell during these hard times. My house closed March 25th, 2020 and as we are aware these are not the best times to try and sell a home. With that said her and her team were able to guide me in a way that allowed me to get full asking price within 21 days of being on the market. I am truly grateful.And if getting a house ready to be put on the market isn't hard enough closing the deal during these times is significantly harder. I was so impressed with her ability to negotiate the deal and ensure that I was able to get full asking price post due diligence period.
