Chrysta Dwyer- Hammon began her career in Real Estate in 1990. She boasts a successful background in sales, marketing and property management. Chrysta has held various positions throughout her career including Director of Operations at Graham Property Management Company, Director of Marketing and Training at The Related Group of Florida and most recently the Director of Sales at Four Seasons Private Residences at The Surf Club.
Years of professional experience designing and staging homes has bolstered her ability to market and close property; she realizes that creating a unique ambiance to target a suitable buyer will not only sell real estate quicker, but will generate a higher sales price.
As Director of Marketing and Training at the Related Group of Florida, Chrysta successfully trained sales associates on effective closing techniques and the psychology of selling. Chrysta was born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, she brings with her the mid-west values and work ethic that sets a new standard for South Florida. She has an innate passion for Real Estate and enjoys the diverse lifestyle that Miami offers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children, is an avid runner and appreciates International travel.
