Ciara is an Arizona native and third-generation Arizona real estate agent. She cut her real estate teeth in one of the nation’s top luxury markets – Orange County, CA. Working with a top producing team in Newport Beach, The Private Client Group, Ciara learned from the best on buying, selling, negotiating, and most importantly how to represent her clients. Now, she is back in Arizona in the newest Compass office, working alongside two pioneers in Scottsdale, PV & Phoenix real estate on the MacLean | Newcombe team.

Prior to real estate, Ciara specialized in Corporate Event Planning, specifically working with Fortune 500 and Executive Companies on their incentive trips, board retreats, and sales conferences throughout Arizona and Southern California. This experience led Ciara to have a passion for selling Arizona as a destination and showcasing the best of what there is to offer. Professionally, she sculpted her skills in multi-tasking and working with high-priority client levels in time-sensitive situations. Planning special events also led her to realize a natural ability for designing and creating warm, welcoming spaces. She is passionate about her clients and loves seeing their dreams become a reality.  For Ciara, her clients are always a #1 priority and she consistently goes above & beyond to deliver first class service for every transaction. 

Ciara lives in North Central Phoenix with her husband, Michael, and their young daughter, Mila.
