Cindy is the founder of the Family Office Division at Compass, a bespoke advisory platform serving as a single point of contact for complex, multi-market real estate transactions across the U.S. and globally. Recognizing the need for discreet, deeply personalized, and strategic real estate counsel, she built the division to support legacy planning, portfolio repositioning, and trophy acquisitions for family offices and private clients. Her team facilitates high-touch referrals for every aspect of residential sales and commercial investment sales globally. 

Cindy is a real estate expert, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. Her clients range from institutions like LivCor at Blackstone to multigenerational family portfolios and private investors. Cindy works in close partnership with wealth managers, attorneys, and family office executives to source, negotiate, and secure off-market opportunities, investment properties, and multi-generational homes, with a trademark approach grounded in trust, taste, and precision.

Cindy’s reputation as a strategic connector and trusted advisor makes her a sought-after partner in the luxury and legacy real estate space, whether orchestrating multi-market selloffs or securing once-in-a-generation assets.

Beyond real estate, Cindy curates intimate, high-impact gatherings that bring together leaders from real estate, finance, technology, and the arts. She is the co-founder of Women of Compass, a platform to empower female homeownership, an active member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, and serves on the Board of Directors for Chashama, a nonprofit championing access to the arts.
