Cintia was showing friends of ours some investment properties and my wife and I had just tagged along with absolutely no intention (and no interest) in buying an apartment in Florida. Hearing my comments as we went to 5 or 6 buildings with our friends, Cintia suggested my wife and I look at an apartment she felt was just what we were looking for. Well, I wasn’t looking for anything, but why not have some fun. Cintia must be a mind reader because by the end of that day I was making an offer!?! Then came the negotiations, and Cintia not only suggested we lower our offer, but also that we ask for all the furniture to be included. She reminded us that getting furniture during Covid would be impossible. Cintia’s recommendation was spot on, and our offer was accepted. We had to get back to NY, but no problem. Cintia took full charge, dotted every I and crossed every T, and the entire transaction was painless with zero issues. At least none I knew about.
