About CJ
CJ’s passion real estate began as a child growing up in a small town in Wisconsin. She watched as her mother meticulously restored their historic 1904 cedar shake childhood home. She has since renovated two of her own DC homes while taking pride in maintaining the historic charm of each. CJ came to DC to attend American University and received a business and degree. She started her real estate career in 2012 and quickly realized this is what she was meant to do. In 2014, CJ was selected as one of REALTOR Magazine’s 30 Under 30 and received her local association’s Rookie of the Year award. In 2022, CJ and her family moved to the Annapolis area and she currently lives in Ulmstead Estates with her husband and four children. She and her husband also own and manage rental properties in Northeast, DC and Reading, PA. When she’s not selling homes or wrangling kids, CJ enjoys traveling and spending time with her extended family. With a passion exceeding her clients’ expectations, she enjoys working with buyers and sellers as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
