"I can't say enough good things about Claire Browne! She went above and beyond what you would think a realtor would do for you. She really took time to get to know us, our needs, preferences, personalities, and lifestyle. Not only did she find us the house of our dreams, she really made it happen for us. We had some complications that came up; such as not being happy with the mortgage we had gotten and having to be out of our old house well before we could close on the new house. Claire helped us find a better mortgage by connecting us with a local bank, and found us a wonderful temporary house to stay in until we closed. She made a difficult transition flow seamlessly. Claire is also a really kind, funny, helpful, responsive and well-connected person. Any time we had a question or needed a recommendation, she got back to us promptly with the answer. "Claire is a consummate professional. Down to earth and very approachable making our interaction easy and productive. Claire walked me through the process of getting the house ready for showing after advising me on what could be done to improve how the house would show. I had planned on sanding the wood floors on the first level along with some fresh paint. Her keen insight allowed her to suggest that we carry a new wood floor into the kitchen in order to match the rest of the floors. We removed the older vinyl floor and replaced it with oak making a cohesive look to finish off the kitchen and main living level of the house.
