With an engineer's mind and a passion for problem-solving, Kevin Loh is an outstanding resource for New York City buyers, sellers, landlords and renters. He knows the business inside and out, and he thrives on finding seamless solutions where others see only roadblocks and challenges. Raised in a construction and design family, Kevin has been surrounded by real estate all his life. In fact, one of his earliest memories is negotiating his wages for helping out at a job site at ten years old. Before real estate sales, Kevin worked on the development side of residential and commercial projects, giving him an impressive, hands-on understanding of everything from site selection, design and construction to sales and marketing that is indispensable to his clients. Kevin began his real estate career in 2016 and has amassed over $10M+ in Sales Volume and over 1,000 closed transactions. He continues to count landlord representation and investment sales among his specialties.

Born in Singapore, Kevin has lived throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens since arriving in New York City at three years old. Today, he resides in the Upper East Side with his dog Leyla. In his free time, he loves sports, working out, traveling, exploring the latest restaurants, and playing the occasional video game.
