Though they come from different professional backgrounds, Lindsay Clark and Allison Carle have a shared passion for client advocacy and top-notch customer service. Their mission? To connect their clients with the lifestyle they deserve. Together, Lindsay and Allison’s complementary interests, skills, and deep real estate knowledge combine to create a natural partnership. They are thrilled to be a part of a dynamic team at Compass Real estate, where they will serve their clients more seamlessly and successfully than ever before.

As an experienced Realtor since 2012, Lindsay comes from a public policy and finance background and brings an analytical mind, sharp negotiation skills, and in-depth market knowledge to every transaction. She’s also passionate about the community she calls home, and loves empowering her clients with insight into the vast and varied neighborhoods the DC area has to offer. Lindsay is licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Allison honed her advocacy skills first on Capitol Hill and then as an attorney litigating for over a decade on behalf of Fortune 100 clients. Allison loves working with people, and is adept at leveraging her strategic negotiation skills and hometown expertise of the DMV area for her clients’ benefit. She has worked in real estate since 2016 as an associate broker licensed in DC and Maryland.

As a team, Lindsay and Allison partner closely with their clients to ensure they make the most informed real estate decisions at every step of the way. Above all, Lindsay and Allison believe in the power of maintaining a trusted network, and they are proud of their enduring partnerships with lenders, vendors, home inspectors, and settlement attorneys -- among others -- that help guide their clients through every transaction.

Lindsay lives in Shepherd Park, DC with her husband, four daughters and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys running and travel. Allison lives in Chevy Chase, MD with her husband, an architect, and two boys. When she’s not working with clients, you can often find her on the sidelines of her sons’ games or cooking for family and friends.
