In the mid-80s, Charlie traded snowy winters for California sunshine, moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting and chase the Hollywood dream. Along the way, he immersed himself in the city’s vibrant restaurant scene, working in some of LA’s most celebrated establishments frequented by Hollywood’s elite. From waiting tables to managing and consulting, he gained a deep understanding of service, timing, discretion, and the importance of creating exceptional experiences.

A lifelong passion for art, food, and architecture later took him across Europe and beyond. Traveling opened his world to international cultures, design traditions, and ways of living that expanded his perspective far beyond his Midwestern roots. Exploring historic cities, world-renowned galleries, and diverse communities deepened his appreciation for how culture shapes space and how the places we inhabit influence how we live, gather, and connect.

Today, Charlie brings that same curiosity, work ethic, and hands-on approach to real estate.
