About Claudia

I have been a real estate professional since 2004 and I have substantial experience in the customer service and sales industries. Working from a young age in my mother’s hair salon, I always maintained a strong work ethic, going on to complete my degree in Hospitality and Tourism in 1991 while still living in Venezuela. By 1997, I was living out the American dream, and I aided in the development of a successful building material supply company while raising my two beautiful daughters in northern New Jersey.

My real estate career started when a friend was looking to buy a home in my neighborhood. I was able to facilitate a connection between my neighbor, her agent and my friend which led to a successful home purchase. Seeing the look of satisfaction on both my friend’s face and the agent’s face ignited a new drive within me, and from there my real estate career took off. Since then, I have consistently shown the ability to satisfy clients in both the buying and selling of their homes by providing real estate solutions in the New Jersey area.

I have extensive experience in investment sales and I have worked one on one with many investors, 1st time home buyers, and Sellers. I also have experience but not limited to - foreclosures, REO management, and short sales. I pride myself on giving all my clients - both individual and institutional - the most precise and up-to-date feedback on housing trends, the state of the market, comparable sales, and property values. With my skills and experience, I give my clients a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today's market.
