About Claudia
Claudia came to Washington, D.C. as a college student and has never looked back. After studying drama as a graduate student at Catholic University she adopted D.C. as her new hometown and has worked in residential real estate for more than 35 years. Claudia is a highly recognized name in the real estate market in DC and is known for her stellar reputation. Part of a very small circle of agents who can rightfully claim they have truly seen the market through all of its various ups and downs, her experience is vast. This experience translates into incredible negotiating skills, unparalleled advice and strategy, and a reputation that draws clients to want to work with her and have her on their side. Claudia takes pride in serving clients throughout the city and close-in Maryland suburbs and holds several sales records, constantly ranking in the area's top tier of producers.

Claudia has been committed over the years to making Washington a better place to live. She has supported the Northwest Neighbors Village which helps upper Northwest residents remain independent in their own homes as they age, has been involved in a number of community organizations over the years, and is an active supporter of the DC art scene.

A native of Long Island, she brought her love of sailing south with her. A favorite way to relax is with and friends sailing the waters of Annapolis and Onancock. Chevy Chase DC is her home where she has raised two children and lives with her husband, Peter, and their dog Cooper.
