About Claudia

From the start, Claudia has leveraged her knowledge to advise clients on all aspects of the home buying or selling process - from prioritizing their needs to negotiating the deal - to make the experience smooth and satisfying. She recognizes that every client’s needs are different and customizes her approach to meet their requirements. She builds relationships that last for life, which has been her approach to doing business. In particular, she has substantial expertise with expatriates and their unique requirements, assisting them with the sometimes-overwhelming process of relocating to a different area or country.

She has been consistently named NVAR Platinum Top Producer and been recognized as a top producer in the DMV area by Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Arlington Magazine, and Bethesda Magazine.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Claudia worked as a Banker and a Management Consultant. She is originally from Venezuela, has an MBA from Georgetown University, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and German. Claudia has lived in Vienna, VA, since 1999, with her family. When not working on real estate, you'll find Claudia walking her dog Astro, reading, exploring new restaurants throughout the DMV area, and working on her non-profit organization Latinas4Latinas.
